Ayurveda & Panchakarma

Ayurveda, meaning “The Science of Life”, is a 5,000-year-old holistic system of medicine that aims to restore balance across the mind, body, and spirit. It offers a personalised approach to wellness through natural remedies, herbal medicine, detox therapies, dietary guidance, and lifestyle adjustments, all rooted in your unique constitution (dosha).

This time-tested healing philosophy views true health as harmony between the body’s natural elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether.

A key Ayurvedic practice, Panchakarma, is a powerful detox and rejuvenation process. It works to gently eliminate toxins, rebalance the doshas, and promote long-term vitality, clarity, and inner renewal.

Need-to-Know Information

Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old holistic health system that focuses on balancing the body’s natural energies (Doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) through personalised diet, herbal remedies, detoxification, and lifestyle practices. It promotes overall well-being by treating the root cause of imbalances rather than just the symptoms.

Panchakarma is a customised detox programme tailored to an individual’s health condition and constitution. It is beneficial for most people; however, certain conditions (such as pregnancy, severe illness, or extreme weakness) may require modifications. A consultation with our Ayurvedic expert will determine if it's right for you.

A full Panchakarma programme can last anywhere from 7 to 21 days, depending on the depth of detox required. However, we also offer shorter, personalised detox sessions for those looking for a gentle reset.

Yes, dietary adjustments play a crucial role in Ayurveda. You will be given a personalised nutritional plan to support your body’s healing process, including fresh, natural foods that align with your Dosha type and detox needs.

Absolutely! Ayurveda is designed to address stress, poor digestion, low energy, insomnia, and other common modern health concerns. By balancing the mind and body naturally, it provides long-term relief without side effects.
